As a nonprofit organization, the North Florida Wildlife Center relies on the help of dozens of volunteers and interns to help achieve the highest standards of animal care, education, conservation, environmental service, and operations. If you are looking to spend your time making a difference in the world, working closely with wildlife, and gaining invaluable experience, consider volunteering or interning with the Wildlife Center!

The North Florida Wildlife Center offers educational outreach programs and lectures that are designed to educate and inspire audiences of all ages. These programs are offered offsite and can be customized to fit a specific grade level or subject focus.

Volunteer

Volunteers must be 18+ and able to spend consistent time with us each week. Roles involve working outdoors, collaborating with our team, and connecting with guests. If you’re dependable and looking to stay active while giving back, we’d love to have you join us.
